What a visit costs

A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work.

How it works

Four steps, in order

  1. You call and describe it

    Symptoms in your own words are enough. Model and serial help, and they are on a plate inside the cabinet, but we can find them on site.

  2. We come out and diagnose

    A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work.

  3. You get it in writing

    You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

  4. We do the work

    Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days from the date of the repair. Genuine OEM parts throughout.

What the warranty covers Questions and answers

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm; Sunday Closed. Calls placed outside these hours are returned the next working morning. We service Sub-Zero refrigeration only.
